Please give 2-3 business days for all orders to be processed and shipped.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed the following business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.
Returns
Liv Wanderlustly accepts returns on all non-sale orders. We will gladly accept any undamaged items within 14 days of the order delivery date for a full refund excluding the cost of shipping. Returns must be posted within 7 days of receiving the return label.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Contact us at info@livwanderlustly with the items you wish to return. Your subject line should read – ‘RETURN [your order number]’.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Once your return has been received and it complies with our return policy, we will refund you using the original payment method. The refund will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Your bank or credit card company may take up to 5 additional business days to return the funds to your account. Please wait this time before you contact us with an outstanding refund.
Our Policy
- Orders must be returned to us within 14 days from date of purchase (as indicated on your order). Returns outside this period will be sent back to you.
- The customer must cover for the cost of the return shipping. Liv Wanderlustly will not be held responsible for parcels that are lost and cannot be traced with a tracking number.
In the event that an item is returned in a condition not satisfied by our criteria above, we will have to send it back to you and this may incur additional costs.
